What times are check-in and check-out?

Normally, check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

Do you have a parking lot?
A
There is a mechanical multi-level parking system on the hotel premises. Capacity: Nine vehicles Parking fee: 1,500 yen per night (3:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. the following day) Size restrictions: Height 1.8 m; width 1.9 m; length 5.0 m; and weight Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, and reservations are not required. If the parking lot is full or your vehicle is unable to enter due to size restrictions, please use a nearby paid parking lot.

May my child sleep alongside me?
A
One child (from 0 years old to elementary school age) can share a bed with one adult for free. Children of junior high school age and older are treated as adults. For elementary school age children sharing a bed free of charge, there will still be a separate charge for breakfast.

May I leave luggage at the hotel for safekeeping before check-in and/or after check-out?
A
We have self-service lockers in the lobby on the first floor. Please feel free to use them. If you have luggage that will not fit in a locker, please contact the front desk staff.

How late may I check in?
A
Please contact us if you will be arriving after midnight. There is no need to inform us of changes to your arrival time as long as you will be arriving before midnight.

Is the main entrance open 24 hours a day?
A
For hotel security purposes, the main entrance is locked from 1:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. Guests who have already checked in can open the door using their room key. If you have not yet checked in, please use the intercom next to the hotel entrance door to request a staff member to let you in.

Do you provide Internet access?
A
Free Wi-Fi is available inside the hotel and all guest rooms. Wired LAN connections are not available.

Can you issue a receipt?
A
Yes, we can. However, we are not able to issue receipts for customers who paid in advance through a travel agency or online travel website. Please contact the travel agency or request the website where you made your reservation to issue the receipt.

Do you handle parcel delivery services?
A
Yes, we handle parcel delivery through Yamato Transport. From the hotel, we offer both cash-on-delivery and prepaid shipping.

May I send luggage to the hotel in advance?
A
Luggage will be kept at the front desk. When sending luggage to the hotel in advance via parcel delivery service, please contact us beforehand and indicate the date of your stay and the reservation name on the invoice. We cannot accept luggage sent cash-on-delivery. Please also note that we cannot accept perishable items or valuables for safekeeping.

Are minors allowed to stay without a guardian?
A
Minors (under 18 years old, high school age or younger) must have written consent from a guardian with parental authority to stay at the hotel. Guests under 15 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian when staying at the hotel. Please either mail or fax the form to the hotel prior to check-in. Without a consent form, we reserve the right to refuse accommodation. Click here to download the consent form.

Do you charge cancellation fees?

Cancellation fees are as follows.
  • No-show: 100% of the accommodation fee
  • On the day: 80% of the accommodation fee
  • The day before: 50% of the accommodation fee
  • Two to five days before: 20% of the accommodation fee
If the cancellation policy varies depending on the website, travel agency, or accommodation plans, the fee will be based on the details of your reservation.
