- What time is check-in and check-out?

- Generally, check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is by 11:00 a.m.

- Is there a parking lot?

- On-site: 17 spaces (including 1 space for a car with wheelchairs); Off-site: 28 spaces; Total: 45 spaces; Fee: 1,500 yen per car per night (tax included). Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis and no advance reservation is accepted. Please use a nearby coin-operated parking lot if the parking lot is full.

- Can I share a bed with my child?

- Only pre-school children may share a bed with their parents. Please note that only one child per bed is allowed.

- Can I temporarily leave my luggage at the hotel before check-in or after check-out?

- You can leave it at the front desk. However, you may not leave your luggage at the hotel overnight after check-out.

- What is the latest time I can check-in?
- A
- Check-in is allowed until 24:00. If you will arrive more than 2 hours after your scheduled arrival time, or if you wish to check in after 22:00, please contact us. If you do not contact us, we may cancel your reservation.

- For hotel security purposes, the main entrance is locked from 1:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. [Guests who have already checked in] The door can be opened with your room key. [Guests who have not checked in] Please press the intercom next to the hotel entrance door and a staff member will guide you.

- Is there internet available?

- A free wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) connection is available in the hotel and all guest rooms. A wired LAN connection is not available.

- Can you issue a receipt?

- Yes. However, the hotel cannot issue receipts for guests who have paid in advance through travel agencies or internet travel sites. Please contact the travel agency or the website where you made your reservation.

- Do you offer a courier service?

- Yes, we offer Yamato courier service. We do not offer cool delivery service.

- Can I send my luggage in advance?
- A
- Yes, we can store your luggage at the front desk. If you would like to send your luggage to the hotel in advance by courier service, please contact us with the date of your stay and the name of your reservation in addition to writing down the same on your invoice. Please note that we will not accept any parcels that must be paid for on delivery or by cash on delivery. We also cannot accept any perishable items or valuables.

- Can minors stay at the hotel by themselves?

- Minors (under 18 years of age, high school students and younger) must have a parent or guardian's written consent to stay at the hotel. *If you are under 15 years old, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. - Cancellation fees will be charged as follows:
- On the day of the stay: 100% of the room charge
- The day before: 80% of the room charge
- 2days prior to arrival: 20% of the room charge
- 5days prior to arrival: 10% of the room charge
