- What are the check-in and check-out times?

- Regular check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.

- Is there a parking at the hotel?
- A
- 2 spaces (1 for people with disabilities) : 2,500 yen/night * Use on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking fee: 1 night (15: 00-11: 00 the next day) / 2,500 yen

- Can small infants/childlen stay for free?
- A
- Preschool children (0-5 years old) can stay for free up to the number of the bed in the room (i.e: 2 single beds, two child are free of charge.) Please note that towels and pajamas are not provided for children, so please bring them with you.

- Is it possible to store luggage before check-in and after check-out at the front desk?
- A
- Yes. We will be able to keep your luggage only for the day of check-out. We DO NOT keep valuables, raw/perishable items, frozen / refrigerated items, fragile items, dangerous items, etc. Thank you for your understanding.

- Until what time is the check-in open?
- A
- Last check-in is until 24:00. Please contact us if check-ining after 22:00, and/or your estimated arrival time is going to be later than 2 hours from expected time of your arrival. In the case of not hearing from you, we may have to cancel your stay.

- About front door security sytem at the hotel.
- A
- The front entrance will be locked from 24:00 to 6:00 the next morning. Guests who have already checked-in have access to the door anytime with the room key. For guests who havn't checked-in, contact us via our staff by the intercom next to the entrance door. Staff will guide you in. If you are checking-in after 22:00, please contact us in advance.

- Free internet connection service using WiFi is available in all guest rooms.

- Is it possible to receive a receipt?
- A
- Yes. However, for those who have paid via a travel agency or internet booking sites. Please contact them to issue the receipt for you.

- Is express shipping service available at the hotel?
- A
- Yamato Transport service is available. Refrigerated Express is not available.

- Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance?
- A
- Yes. We will keep it at the front desk for you. Make sure to specify the date of arrival and the name of the reservation on the shipping slip, and contact us in advance. We DO NOT accept cash on delivery. Also, please note that we cannot keep raw/perishable items nor valuables.

- Does the room have a bathtub and toilet?

- Family Twin, Family Hollywood Twin, Premium Double have bathtub and toilet separate, and in other rooms they come as a unit type. We have a bathtub with a shower and a bidet shower toilet with warm toilet seat. * Some rooms have a shower booths instead of a bathtub.

- Is it possible for teenagers under age of 18 alone without accompany of an adult?

- A parental consent form is required for those under 18 years old, high school students and younger to stay. * If you are under 15 years old, you must be accompanied by a guardian. Please send by mail or FAX to the hotel by check-in day. * If we do not receive the consent form, we may refuse your stay. Click here to download the consent form.

- What is the hotel's cancellation policy?

- The cancellation fee will be charged as following: On the day of arrival: 100% of the accommodation fee The day before: 80% of the room rate From 2 days before: 20% of the room rate From 5 days ago: 10% of the room rate If your reservation hasn't been made with the hotel directly, then the cancellation policy of the booking sites, travel agency, or accommodation plan will be applied respectetly.
